Amino Acids

Amino Acids and Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) repair, sdvelop and grow muscle. As most people know, amino acids are the building blocks of protein. The 20 amino acids are broken into essential and non-essential amino acids.

The 10 essential amino acids need to be supplemented as the body does not generate these on their own, resulting in loss of the body’s protein, including muscle. By supplementing these essential amino acids with weight training, your body is able to repair, develop and even grow muscle tissue.

Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) consists of the three essential amino acids; Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. These essential amino acids together make up 1/3 of the skeletal muscle in the human body. These three amino acids play an important part in the synthesis of protein in the human body. By supplementing with amino acids, you are to be sure that your results will improve.
